It is with great pleasure that I can announce the newest cave acquisition for the West Virginia Cave Conservancy. Rick Bantel has donated approximately an acre of land surrounding the Wild Cat Entrance to the Culverson Creek Cave System.

Tax Deductible Donations

The West Virginia Cave Conservancy (WVCC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.  We gladly accept tax-deductible donations to help support the conservation of caves and karst in and around West Virginia and Virginia.  Our organization runs solely on the generous donations of our members and supporters.  If you would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to the WVCC there are many ways you can do this.

If you would like to make a cash donation via postal mail -

Donations should be in the form of a check made out to WVCC. Please be sure to include any information about what the money is intended to be used for and your name and address. 

  • Cave Acquisitions
  • Special Projects (fences, roads, change shelters, etc.)
  • Endowment Trust Fund
  • Membership Dues
